NEU Proposed Strike Action – Tuesday 14th February
I thought it would be helpful to write to you today to give you an update on the proposed industrial action by one of the Teaching Unions, NEU. Although there may be some minor disruption, we plan to be open to all students at this stage. Should there be any change to our situation I will inform you as soon as possible Like many other public sectors, this is in response to a trade dispute over teachers’ pay and conditions.
At this present time there are no plans for us to close on the 14th February and school will be open to all pupils as normal. I will keep you updated on this issue as I receive more information.
