Students Attend SNAG Event to Improve School Food
Erin Swift, Esme Heywood and Elli Hankin attended a SNAG event with Newydd who provide the catering for Flintshire Schools. They were looking at how we could improve our menu choices at break. Already this year our School Council have worked with Newydd to introduce a Sub Bar and these students will now meet with the rest of our SNAG group and our Catering Manager to review what we offer at break. I look forward to what they will offer.

Year 8 Athletes achieve Success
Our Year 8 girls team competed at Deeside Athletics Stadium yesterday in the North East Wales Schools Team Competition. They had already qualified from the Flintshire competition and were competing against the best schools in Denbighshire and Wrexham. I am delighted to announce that the girls finished second and now travel to Brecon on July 11th to compete in the National Finals, Well done ladies!

Have a good weekend everyone.
Yours faithfully
Mr Paul Smith
