Dear Parent/Carer
I hope you are well. We are nearing the end of what has been a long but very productive term. Please note that school closes to pupils on Thursday the 22nd December and pupils return on Monday the 9th January.
Students Equipment and Uniform
As we approach the end of the term it has become apparent that some pupils no longer have all the equipment they need such as calculators, rulers, pencils, etc. A full list is available on our website. If you could support us by ensuring your child has all the equipment they need upon their return in January.
Likewise, I have noticed an increase in students missing pieces of uniform such as ties. All lost property will be placed in the dining room from Monday. Students can check for their stuff during break or lunch and parents are welcome to check it after school between 3:15 and 4pm.
New Build Update
Our mobile classroom has been moved this week in preparation for the building work to come. I know some of you are former pupils, so I thought you might like weekly updates and pictures to see how the construction is progressing. Thank you to all the parents for working with us at drop off and collection times also. Congestion has been much better lately.
Breakfast Club
A reminder that Breakfast Club is now open from 7:45 every day. New students are welcome and no booking is required.
We will be holding Christmas assemblies next Thursday to reflect on the year and also there will be celebration and reward assemblies with our Heads of Years where students’ effort and achievement will be recognised.
